The name Broken Pieces Recovered was born from a conviction that no one is “too far gone.” We see the fragments of a broken life not as debris, but as raw materials in the hands of a creative, redemptive God — the same God who, Scripture tells us, “heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds” (Psalm 147:3).
This practice exists because Jesus Christ is in the business of restoration. He meets us in our brokenness — not after we have cleaned ourselves up, but right there, in the mess — and begins His work of healing. Our clinical services are simply the tools He has entrusted us to use in that sacred work.
The Heart of the Practice: Dr. Nicole Mason-Dye
With over 15 years of clinical experience, Dr. Nicole Mason-Dye is a dedicated follower of Christ and a passionate advocate for mental health and spiritual wholeness. Her background spans outpatient, residential, and private practice settings, giving her a front-row seat to the remarkable resilience God places within the human spirit.
Academic Foundation & Clinical Authority:
- Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Counseling & Community Care.
- Nationally Certified Addictions Counselor (NCAC II) and Master Addictions Counselor (MAC).
Dr. Nicole’s expertise in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Crisis Intervention allows her to handle high-acuity situations with calm, clinical authority — while her heart for ministry and deep personal faith ensure that every client feels the warmth of God’s grace. She does not simply offer techniques; she offers a Christ-centered presence that points clients toward the Healer who never fails.
Her work is grounded in the conviction that “evidence-based” and “Christ-centered” are not only compatible — they are complementary. God is the Author of truth, and the truths revealed through clinical science serve His redemptive purposes. Dr. Nicole utilizes her extensive training to create customized treatment plans that honor each client’s unique psychological needs and spiritual values.

Pastor Dawn, a dedicated nurse with 28+ years of experience in various healthcare areas. As an ordained pastor, counselor, and educator, she empowers individuals through her ministry-Happy Harvest Ministries, a non-profit community organization to be successful in their journey of life. Dawn serves in her local church @ Overcomers Christian Fellowship Church and partners with other local and international faith based organizations for the reaching and touching lives by transforming individuals through mentorship and discipleship. She's also CEO of DABS Uniques LLC, a company that offers a plethora of services from event planning & consulting to patient care and health services. A matter of fact, She is a blessed mother of seven who is committed to serving God and others. Her servant leadership heart shines through her multifaceted ministry and business endeavors.
